I recently purchased three dresses for my daughters for my wedding.
The ordering process was pretty easy and the dresses were made and shipped in a quick period of time.
Unfortunately, one of the dresses arrived with a large stain on the front.
I did not have time to return the dress and wait for a new one.
Thankfully, a local dry cleaner was able to remove the stain.
The construction of the dresses was ok.
Not great, just ok.
In fact, I had to re-sew a bow on the same dress that was stained.
Overall, if you are looking for cheap dresses, this is your place, but make sure you give yourself enough time to fix a problem if it arises.

I have had a very unpleasant experience with light in the box. The dress I received for my junior bridesmaid was wayyyy too small (we went by the measurements to get what we thought was the right size but definitely was not) and customer service will not work with me to exchange it for a bigger size. I loved the dress and it was exactly what I wanted for my jr bridesmaid to wear in the wedding, but for some reason customer service won't help me out at all. There were no tags attached to the dress when we received it.
If customer service wants me to have good things to say about their company they will exchange my dress for a larger size. If they dont want to help an extremley unhappy customer then I will never refer anyone to this website. I'd think they'd want happy customers who would return to shopping here...right??
