Is the shown color really "royal blue" ?

Could you please give me a link with an example of a "Regency" dress in taffeta (to compare) ?

Could you please clarify what fabric the dress is made from? The title says "capped taffeta mother of the bride dress" but the description says "fabric: elastic satin". Which is it?

If I am 5 ft 4- will this dress be below the knee? because i want it to be... im usually a size 2-4....
